Female Ukrainian volunteers -- calling themselves "Medkit Fairies" (Феї Аптечок) -- are putting together personal medical kits for the male volunteers fighting Russian invaders in the East of the country.

They printed these pictures of themselves on the instruction-manuals accompanying each kit -- to make sure, the warriors don't discard the papers, but keep and, hopefully, even read the manual...
